For Mercedes, we built this masterpiece for the opening of the Design Centre in Nice. And as an extra, we were asked to make a scale model as well. This model posed various challenges. The car, obviously, but also extremely detailed features such as the suitcase and presenting a classic model as if it was made in the future.
Elements of the past, such as “chesterfield” buttons with a modern twist gave this car a modern retro look. It was a model where design elements of the past were redefined to give it the feeling of the past with the looks of tomorrow.
