Built on the innovative Mercedes-Benz Modular Architecture (MMA) platform, the Concept CLA Class combines an iconic exterior with efficient aerodynamic design and a sophisticated digital interior. Every surface, detail, and component reflects the future vision of Mercedes-Benz for electric mobility and customer experience.
Within just five months, IMMStudios produced this exceptional concept vehicle using a combination of advanced digital manufacturing technologies and traditional craftsmanship. Working from CAD and CAS data, our specialists translated complex digital designs into a fully functional show vehicle with exceptional precision and surface quality.
Our work included precision CNC milling, composite lamination, large-format 3D printing, prototype assembly, precision fitting, surface finishing, painting, and final detailing. Every stage was carried out to meet the demanding quality standards requirements.
